GILfund US LLC is a capital preservation and growth fund launched in January 2014. GILfund Ltd is Cayman based, operates under the same strategy, and launched in March 2014. The funds invest in US real estate debt and equity, split between a focus on residential portfolio holdings and midmarket commercial / multifamily residential real estate holdings. The funds diversify risk across a geographically dispersed portfolio of assets while maintaining high performance via asset screening through a proprietary asset valuation and market risk analysis model.
